A MAN’S EGO
is just as fragile as
A WOMAN’S HEART.

Most people hide the truth of who they really are and look for external validation from others. Have you ever met a person and the very first time you meet them they use words like, “I love you,” or “Your My New BFF!” I understand they are trying to spread positivity, but in reality they are hiding their true identity behind compliments. To spread love and positivity, one has to be a good listener, offer knowledge from a sound mind, and follow up with the truth. Love actually takes work. Most people aren’t willing to do the work of giving, listening, following up, and giving true love thru WISDOM. Do not look for validation from others because most people don’t have the time and energy to care, and more often than not they are giving you false feelings. One should think about giving without looking for anything in return.
Expectations are strong inner beliefs that something will happen for sure. The expectation is that if it does not happen now it will definitely happen in the future. The problem with expectations is that they usually don’t happen without an enormous amount of preparation, hard work and luck. Some people just believe they are destined for success without doing anything. These expectations are fantasy, unrealistic and dangerous, and usually higher than we can realistically achieve. The unrealized expectations can fester and create a dark cloud around us. Deep in everyone’s inner self or mind, everyone has a set of expectations. Others set expectations for us, such as family, friends, and the community. When we don’t meet the expectations of others, or our own set of expectations, we feel the emotional disappointment of failure and most give up on their dreams and aspirations.
