We encourage our students to acknowledge their personal value by
embracing a PRODUCTION MINDSET. PRODUCTION is the act of creating a
valuable good or service which contributes to the marketplace and to society, which in turn values that contribution. We urge them to think in terms of their future. We want them to have a strategic outlook so they can Level Up and achieve their highest possible value in society.
It’s easy to be a one-person business or sole proprietorship. It’s SAFE. However, we don’t earn our maximum value in the COMFORT ZONE. When it comes to raising one’s value, most people are scared to leave their COMFORT ZONE. They are scared to take risks and work with others collaboratively as a team, or even to hire employees. Their parents have told them that people who have a lot of money are evil and most employees are untrustworthy, undependable, and are headaches.
