“How to achieve

GOALS?”

Most people focus on the goal, instead of the process of achieving that goal, which
is just as important. When we don’t meet our goals what is the answer?

Trust the process.

When trying to reach your goals in  life, the key to success is in the PROCESS. Set up a program for achieving your goal that focuses attention on the preparation and steps necessary for success. Instead of worrying about the end result, concentrate on your steps for achieving your goals. If necessary, seek a mentor to help build a superior program. Buy into your program and believe that if you do exactly what you need to do every day, you will reach your goal. But be honest with yourself that if you don’t achieve your goal, you can live with the knowledge that you gave it your all and will succeed the next time.

Is (+ - = ) the Magic Formula for success?

The Plus, Minus, Equal formula for success was invented by martial artist coaching guru, Frank Shamrock, and it works.

Plus is finding a mentor or skill coach to work with, that has had the highest level of success.

Minus represents a person that is below your skill level you can teach.

Equal represents a person on the same level as you that you can share the journey with.

What is the 33% rule?

The rule basically states that 33% of your time should be spent with mentors or coaches that challenge you. These mentors should be 10 to 30 years older than you. Another 33% should be spent with your peers basically on the same level as you. And the last 33% of your time should be spent with people that you can mentor, tutor, or guide. This will reinforce what you have already learned and hold you accountable for passing on to others what you’ve learned.

Can this simple technique turn
our dreams into reality?

It’s our first time doing a public speech and we need to speak in front of the entire senior class. Our inner self is so nervous that our emotions are getting the best of us causing our voice to crack. Using our relaxation technique we can calm ourselves down and concentrate on manifesting our SuperHero personality to emerge and give us the confidence to make it through the speech. All-day long we go around with thoughts in our head talking to ourselves. For this exercise, we will step outside the box and identify with our other personality. This outside personality we name it our SuperHero. The SuperHero shows up in situations whenever we need it.
